MYSHIELD - Utilizing Strong Technology From BrandShield

MyShield is an innovative decentralized anti-scam platform. MyShield will alert users whenever they reach a fraudulent website, an online counterfeit sale, and other types of online scams. MyShield is aiming to bring trust to the e-commerce and online market where the costs of counterfeiting and piracy is estimated to reach $2.81 trillion in 2020. At first, MyShield will focus on the cryptocurrency industry, which is flooded with phishing, fraud, brandjacking, etc.

MyShield will provide users alerts against scams and Crypto-transaction validations. The MyShield model is based on two sources of intelligence – reports on potential scam by users of MyShield shared with the community, and providers of AI powered cyber-intelligence. The information from both sources will be recorded on the MyShield blockchain, which will be launched on an existing blockchain and will be used as the source for the alerts and validations.

The MyShield decentralized platform includes bounties created by MyShield and by companies, organizations and users in order to incentivize members of the community to report potential scams. The MyShield token, is a “Token of Trust”. It provides users with a guarantee for their transactions made on online websites being marked as trusted by MyShield, after a community consensus is reached.

The MyShield platform will bring together different stakeholders into one ecosystem – these stakeholders include users, companies, AI-powered cyber intelligence providers, guarantee providers and enforcement services providers. The MyShield platform will leverage the robust technology of BrandShield, for monitoring the Internet and analyzing the potential risk of different online threats. BrandShield's technology is currently being used by top global brands to protect them from online scams. BrandShield will be the first, of potentially many, providers of AI powered cyber intelligence to the MyShield platform.

The digital era has changed our lives in many ways. The ongoing information revolution and the rapid pace of digital transformation is a catalyst for unprecedented levels and new types of cybercrime.

Summary of the token model

As described above the MyShield token will have several uses in the MyShield ecosystem, as summarized herein:

1. Premium subscription - the token will be used to get the premium subscription of the MyShield application which will include a basic level of guarantee and the ability to gain from the bounties in cases where the user reports on potential online scams.
2. Guarantee programs – in addition to the basic guarantee program provided with the premium subscription, users will be able to use their Shields to buy additional guarantee programs for their online transactions.
3. Reports – users that are interested to report scam and be rewarded from the bounty will need to deposit Shields when they report. If they are found right, the deposit Shields will be returned to them in addition to their share in the bounty. If they are found incorrect, 80% of the Shields will be credited to the General bounty.
4. Bounties - the MyShield token will be used by MyShield and by companies and organizations to encourage users to report on potential online scams. 20% of the Shields paid by users for the premium subscription will be contributed to the general bounty. Companies and organizations will be able to create brand specific bounties to encourage scam reports related to their brand.
5. Paying and validating the MyShield Trust StampTM and the MyShield Trusted Wallet StampTM – companies and organizations that will be interested to gin getting the MyShield Trust StampTM and the MyShield Trusted Wallet StampTM will pay for the stamp using the MyShield tokens. 50% of the MyShield tokens they pay will be paid to the public validation officers of their stamp, who can then use the tokens for premium subscriptions and guarantee programs.
6. Subscription payment by companies and organizations to the BrandShield system – companies and organizations that are interested in subscribing to the BrandShield system and receiving anti-scam intelligence will be able to do so using the MyShield tokens. This use will be available at the time of the TGE.
7. Payment to enforcers – companies that will use the marketplace of enforcement esrvices as part of the MyShield platform, will be able to pay enforcers for their action, with the MyShield tokens.
